Tonks
Tonks took her Freedom Flight on July 5th, 2020. Thank you to all of her Foster From Afar donors for helping us change her life forever.
If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you will recognize Tonks’s name. She was the last of our HP-themed puppies to be adopted (littermates Albus, Muggle, and Hedwig already had families waiting patiently for them). Why Harry Potter? Well, because they are magical, of course! They were saved by the kindness of a good samaritan who did not want to see them suffer in the streets. We coordinated their rescue late on New Year’s Eve and these adorable orphans became our first rescues of the new decade. Tonks was a black-and-white beauty with a nub for a tail that wags no less than a long one. At our vet clinic, she was a wiggle worm who could not wait to have a family of her own.
Thanks to your support, Tonks’ dream life has officially begun. As soon as she stepped off the airplane, her new family was right there to welcome her with open arms. Tonks now lives in Philadelphia where she has quickly become a total daddy’s girl. This special sato loves going everywhere with her new dad, and we are so grateful that we could give her the happy life she deserves.
